Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, but do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 7 days of your order. If you need to start this process, please email with your order number and purpose for the exchange. 

Exchanges will ONLY be given once product(s) are returned in full in their original packaging. 

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.


You will receive a confirmation email once your item(s) have shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service. Orders are shipped usually within 2-3 business days.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Order

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.
